Delivery and Return Policy

Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver to locations across the UAE via our trusted courier partners. We hope to expand our delivery service to other GCC countries and beyond in the future.

How much is the delivery charge?
A delivery fee of 20 AED will be charged for all orders within the UAE.

Delivery Address:

We can only ship to one address per order. If you wish to send products to multiple addresses, kindly place separate orders for each address. Please ensure that the address and contact details provided are within the UAE.

How long does delivery take?

The standard delivery period for most products is 2 to 3 working days. In the case of any unexpected delays beyond our control, we will notify you in advance. We will do our best to avoid such delays.

What if I am not satisfied with the quality?

We take great pride in our products and the positive feedback from our customers. However, if you’re not satisfied with the quality or did not receive the expected product, we are happy to assist you. You can contact us at info@clawset.ae or send a WhatsApp message with details about your concern. We will offer a fix, replacement, or refund if the item is unavailable. This is valid for 3 days from the date of delivery to the provided address.
